Another reason why women don't report rape/sexual assault because why put yourself through all the publicity, animosity, aggravation, reliving of the event, etc., when a 'good ol' boys' judge is just going to let them go anyway - give them a 'Pass' - oh, and yeah, get tough and tell them 'this can't happen again' - yeah right, that'll stop 'em. Can't ruin his life with a jail sentence. Where's the woman's pass from having the sentence of this for the rest of her life?
